The other day in the car: Elijah: I can hear that Jordis has an accent. Me: What kind of an accent? Elijah: Like someone who lives on a farm. Jordis: I DIDN'T HAVE AN ACCIDENT!
**Personally, I think her accent usually sounds like it is of the Boston variety, but she changes it up from time to time.
My younger daughter went through an accent phase as well - when she was three to five. No idea where it came from, but it was hilarious and endearing. I'm sorry it went away. :^/
She's so pretty : ) Gotta love the things kids say.
ReplyDeleteWhat a cutie! (and SUCH a 'mini you'!)
ReplyDeleteI bet you all never have a dull moment around this cutie!!
ReplyDeleteHa! I love accents. My kids talk with a proper English accent on a regular basis. I don't know how that started, but it's cute. :)
