I would be using whipped cream to do it!!
As a teacher, I use it on the kids desks at the end of the year. They love playing with it!, drawing in it, and it makes the desks smell nice!... it's awesome!!! I love the body-painting idea though... very nice!!! (And a great reason to get wet!!!)
