(This post was written a few months ago.)
The last few days I have been in a bad mood. Crabby. Sad. Impatient. Annoyed with my kids. Not sure exactly why, but I think I am overwhelmed by my “to do” list.
I’ve been working out almost every day, which I need. It’s healthy. Makes me feel better (not while I’m doing it, but afterwards). I don’t get discouraged by the 20-year-old non post-partum bodies I see on the Insanity DVD, but I do think man, they must have a lot of time to work out. . .
Read the rest of this post over at Fit Moms Fit Kids Club so you can see how I figured out how NOT to have my head fall off.

I've been a little crabby this week so I may just have to get out & take a run or something...thanks for the idea!

Hey! I haven't visited the bloggy world in months, but I just want to say that I did just read your post and it was exactly what I needed to hear... cuz it AAAALWAYS feels like something else needs to be done during the cherished naptime of my wee ones. :) Hope you are well, Little Mama! xo
