A few weeks ago we got a tour of Pixar. There are no public tours. You gotta know someone on the inside. My friend Kheron (who was my UCLA dance team captain who wrote the funny note) was our insider.
She is also a major Totally Desperate Mom supporter. She and her husband Bryan bought 18 books! What a friend - buys a bunch of books from me to give to her desperate mom friends and uses her lunch break to show me and my crazy kids around her place of business. Thanks Kheron!

If my job was not the motherhood, I think I would like to work at Pixar. And not just because they had good, cheap food and free drinks. Oh yea, and random chocolate sampling parties, sneak peeks of all kinds of movies, and free minivans with built-in DVD players and all the Pixar movies for every employee with kids. Okay, I totally made the free minivan part up, but that would be cool, wouldn't it?
