I don't know what television scripts look like now days, but this is what they looked like back in 1991. The script was usually hand delivered to your house by a courier. Often times, it was the night before rehearsal or filming. And then you are continuously given revisions throughout the week. Sometimes after you had already memorized the scene.
This must have been an early version of The Growing Pains script. I played Cheryl Murray and when they printed the script they had not cast me yet. But as you can see, they had already cast Hilary Swank.

so how does it end? did leo fall in love with you? because, i'm pretty sure it was gonna be impossible for him to resist those glasses ;)
adorbs!
Kim,
Glasses came off. Hair came down. I stood up for myself and asked Luke to go to Sade Hawkins with me. He said yes. We rode off into the sunset on a horse. Well, maybe not the last part.
Here's the final scene. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YtnGZom5y88
I think I actually remember that episode when it first aired! My sister and I never missed an episode! They don't make shows like they used to!
definitely remember that episode. i never missed one. best theme song in all TV Land. seriously. ben's a total loser for giving the old "my mom's having a transplant" excuse.
i really love the "all denim all the time look" too.

So fun! Oh my goodness...you're darling! I missed these newer episodes when Ben was all {growed up} since I was off to college by that time....but so fun to see this! I think it's so great that you go back and revisit those wonderful memories ~ love all your Hollywood stories! ;-)
Kristin,
I loved that show too.
Jessica,
Oh yea, such a great theme song.
Hannah,
Glad you are enjoying.
Amy,
I think the show was actually better in the beginning years, but there was good stuff in the end too. Wish they would do a remake of that show with all the original actors. That would be cool.
Leo and Kirk in one room at the same time....I'd watch it daily! :)
