Is there ever a bad time to carry around a magic wand? Just because it's 50 degrees out and raining does that mean you can't wear sunglasses? Is it so wrong to wear a plaid Christmas skirt in January? No to the no. Wear it all. Bring your purse. And shake that magic wand my friends!
