20 week ultrasound and business news

Pin It Now!

Yesterday I had my level 2, 20-week ultrasound. This is the time when I was pregnant with baby Faith that they found all the defects and we knew she had Trisomy 13 or 18. Going into this ultrasound appointment I knew there were no chromosomal abnormalities (based on the amnio results I got a few weeks ago). The ultrasound was a breeze and nameless baby girl looks perfectly healthy!

On the real estate front, after 24 years at Coldwell Banker, The Cox Team (well, at least Pat has been there for 24 years) has changed companies. As of today we are a part of the Danville office of Alain Pinel Realtors. This is not something we had planned. Coldwell Banker is a great company and we were happy there. However, Larry Knapp has been the president of Alain Pinel for the last 5 years. Larry and his wife are my Mom's best friends. Alain Pinel is a reputable, independent company in the Bay Area. But bottom line, the Knapp family gives them the edge and we decided to jump on board. It was a difficult decision, mainly because we love the staff gals at CB in Danville. And we have some close friends that are agents in the office. There were a lot of tears on one side and a lot of celebration on the other. Such is life. Here is our website if you haven't checked it out. The Cox Team We need to revamp the look it a bit now.

Bonus section:
Here is Elijah at 21 months (Lydia's current age).

Here is Lyds (and Shiloh) at the same age.
