A few weeks ago Lydia and Elijah were in a wedding in La Jolla. The bride? Only my camper from Hume Lake 14 years ago! Brittany was 8 and I was 21 when she was in my Wagon Train cabin. She was a junior bridesmaid in my wedding 12 1/2 years ago. I am totally not getting old, but she sure is :)
Here we are back at Wagon Train.
Here we are now.
The flower girls and un-ring bearers.
The bride hiding out before the ceremony.
She was a stunning bride. She married a great guy. Lydia walked down the aisle and catapulted the flower petals over her head in a dramatic fashion. Elijah cruised down the aisle like a coolio.
We stayed with Shiloh's brother for 2 nights and his mom for 2 nights. It was a quick trip. Sleep was compromised. Many video games were played. Junk food was consumed. There was a pool party. Good times.

Wow, what a stunning bride! I love that you have stayed connected with her for all of these years. The little suits on those boys are adorable!
She has to be one of the most beautiful brides I have ever seen! (And that flower girl and un-ring bearer were pretty good looking too!)
I absolutely love the fact that you have kept in contact with her and that you have been able to be such an important part of each other's lives through the years!
Oh, and to continue rambling on...I just got your book (I won it from Growing a Baby in Seattle's blog) and am just loving it! Can't wait to read more!
Thanks!
How fun! The bride is beautiful, but so are you! I don't know how old you are, but you look darn young to me!!!
Looks like you had a fun weekend and I loved all of the photos, but that last one is my absolute FAVORITE! I would so frame that! :)
Have a great weekend!
