I got my hair cut and colored last week. When I came home from the salon Jordis (3 1/2) looked at me and said "MOM! It looks like you have a wig on." Elijah (8) said, " I wish you did. Why can't you just have normal hair?" Lydia (5 1/2) said, "You need to get back to normal. It does NOT look good. The bangs? No." Kids rule, don't they? Gotta love their honesty.
My husband is not a fan of bangs which I can't really understand considering my forehead is 46 feet high. Who knew he was a forehead guy? So he kept it safe with "The color looks really good."
Deep, deep down I know they all liked it. Really, really liked it.
