I have heard it said that it is not so much what you say to your children, but how you live your life. They will model their behavior after you rather than listen/follow what you say. Lydia clearly illustrated this principle back when I was pregnant with Jordis and puking daily. If she has learned nothing else from me, I am so proud that she learned to model this behavior.
